I'm currently showcased at West Elm in Charlotte, NC at the Metropolitan.  Along with pals Theron Ross, metal sculptor, and Scott deHart, stone sculptor, we've moved in and curated our own living rooms. Our show, Integration of Art + Home, will be in the store for a few months. Hope you get by to lounge a bit.

Getting Ready for DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE Exhibition

Terry ShipleyComment

I'm really looking forward to my first solo exhibit, opening September 3 at Converse College in Spartanburg, SC. It's a show full of new work, colorful, playful and decorative. I've often heard remarks that the work reminds people of Alice in Wonderland, hence the title, DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE.  It's very, very loosely based on the essence of that world. One of my favorite quotes from Lewis Carroll, "Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." And that's about it!
